PROJECT OVERVIEW

Designing a vibrant 149 unit multifamily community which exudes a modern Floridian lifestyle while appealing to young college students was the inspiration for this project. Wood + Partners prepared site capacity studies, and schematic design through construction phase services for this Master Plan infill site in Tallahassee, Florida. Located near FAMU Way, which is also one of the firm’s Urban Corridor Studies in the local area, WP plans for this site included two phases of multi-family development which are conveniently located adjacent to Florida State University. This development provided additional student housing options in this important revitalized district. The site amenities included Urban Plazas, Streetscapes, 4000 Square Foot resort-style swimming pool, dog park, courtyard & amenity center with multiple connections to the Region’s miles of trails & bicycle pathways along FAMU Way.
