WP provided planning through construction phase services for the redevelopment of the amenities at Marshwood Club located inside The Landings Club. The amenity improvements at Marshwood Club include new clubhouse, pool and decking, improved outdoor dining, enhanced landscape and hardscape as well as improved entrance and connectivity for residents, golfers and all guests.
