PROJECT OVERVIEW

WP provided planning through construction phase services for the redevelopment of the amenities at Franklin Creek located inside The Landings Club. The amenity improvements at Franklin Creek include enhanced snack bar, Tennis Cafe, splash pool, new decking, renovated pool buildings, enhanced landscape and hardscape features, pickleball courts, and (2) additional tennis courts.
