PROJECT OVERVIEW

Bayshore Retirement Living Center is a 55 + community located on a four-acre site on the west side of Squire Pope Road known as Salty Fare in Hilton Head Island, SC. The community consists of a single five-story building including 126 senior housing units. The site features include courtyards, garden fountains, plenty of seating terraces, a small formal cutting garden, a putting green, fire pit, swing trellis area, multi-use lawn, and access to the Broad Creek through the extensive existing dock. WP is provided design through construction phase services. In addition, they provided design services for the Bayshore Villas, which was a Part II phase addition that created 26 additional units which include driveways, pocket park, and a clubhouse amenity area with pool.
