PROJECT OVERVIEW

Located near the Historic Downtown and New Riverside Districts in Savannah, Georgia, this multi-family complex features spacious, open-concept floor plans, designer touches, and surrounding waterfront city views. Here, residents can enjoy luxury amenities, which include a state-of-the-art fitness center, an expansive 10,000-square-foot pool deck with an outdoor lounge, a resort salt-water pool, fire pits and grills, and rooftop gardens. Utilizing native plants and modern amenity additions helped to create a blended ambiance where residents can enjoy hours of outdoor fun and lounge by the pool.

Wood+Partners worked collaboratively with a team to provide design-through-construction phase services that included streetscape improvements, raised planters, sidewalks, courtyards, roof gardens, plazas, terraces, specialty paving areas, pools, fountains, walks, and other elements such as landscape plantings and irrigation. The new 360,000-square-foot facility has a total of seven floors and includes three floors of partially underground parking along with amenities within the central core on floor three.
