PROJECT OVERVIEW

St. George’s Reach is a scenic community with two proposed mixed-use villages organized around civic open spaces and village greens. The new retail and residential villages will include pedestrian scale streets with on-street parking framing large central open spaces for special events and community gatherings. WP’s plans and designs also include new passive use nature-oriented parks, greenways, a marina village on the intracoastal waterway and neighborhood parks.
