Shelter Cove Towne Centre
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Redevelopment plans for the outdated and underperforming Shelter Cove Mall included rezoning for this 300,000 SF retail center. New plans include a new riverfront street shifted landward allowing for a generous and continuous park and open space system along the Broad Creek. Planning services included PUD Zoning, a Development Agreement and land swaps to facilitate inclusion of WaterWalk Apartments and development of this new mixed-use Town Center with numerous restaurants, local shops and multi-family housing and a new public Waterfront park.
