PROJECT OVERVIEW

Sea Pines Resort & Riverstone Properties constructed an updated golf clubhouse of approximately 38,000 square feet that has replaced the existing aging facility. The existing building was located within an overall parcel of approximately 9.4 acres and served as a clubhouse for two golf courses: Heron Point and Atlantic Dunes. Functions within the new building include a bar and grill, club lockers, conference room space, and a golf pro shop. The project also features a grand terrace overlooking the golf course with space allocated for outdoor seating and dining.
