WP provided conceptual planning through construction administration services for the 63-acre site. The 300-luxury unit multi-family development features waterfront views and varying upscale amenities including a Cyber Cafe, resident lounge, billiards, gaming room, kayak launch and storage, expansive swimming pool with cabanas and grilling stations.
