PROJECT OVERVIEW

WP was commissioned to prepare community Master Plans and detailed amenity designs for Oldfield, a mixed-use 927-acre equestrian and residential community developed by Crescent Resources, Inc. on the Okatie River. The community has a strong focus on nature and outdoor recreation. Facilities include a nature center, outfitters center, equestrian facilities, fishing, boating, community clubhouse and pool, workout facility, golf, walking trails, and kayak docks all located within the residential community.
