PROJECT OVERVIEW

Hidden amongst the lush green forests of Gatlinburg, Tennessee, near the Great Smoky Mountain National Park lies the Tree house Grove at Norton Creek Resorts. Our team worked with the client to provide master planning and site capacity studies which illustrated development options for resort amenities and potential land uses. Master Plan elements included long range opportunities for locations of expanded tree-house cottage zones, mountain top and base village locations for amenities including food & beverage, active and passive recreation, and gathering spaces. The plan encompassed cohesive forest elements and aesthetics to provide a seamless design for placement of tree house cottages and amenities.
