PROJECT OVERVIEW

SurfWatch is a part of the Marriott Vacation Club International Resorts located oceanfront resort on Hilton Head Island and was master planned by Wood+Partners. The dramatic 24-acre site features a large lagoon, freshwater wetland & saltwater marsh with views to the Atlantic. The wetland & marsh areas are preserved for use as an environmental exhibit. The development has 195 units in six buildings, carefully sited to take advantage of views. WP provided full services, including master planning through construction phase services, and permitting.
