WP has completed numerous redevelopments and renovations of resort and community properties along the Southeast. Marriott’s Cypress Harbour Orlando Amenity renovations appeal to the growing trends in resort development that all revolve around creating family friendly accommodations with special attention to the natural elements that surround the site. WP provided planning and design services for the entire amenity area which includes a new pickleball complex, zero entry pool, interactive waterplay for kids play zone, trellis and sun deck, underwater benches, event lawn, and landscape/ hardscape improvements that focus on connectivity to and from the resort.
