PROJECT OVERVIEW

Wood+Partners has completed multiple projects for K Hovnanian over the past couple years and we value our continued working relationship with them on new developments. We are currently working with them on a new community amenity project located in the Liberty Hill Farm community in the scenic Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina area. This newly constructed community offers its residents elevated home & townhome options complete with modern community amenities. While working collaboratively with a team, Wood + Partners is providing detailed design master planning, design development, 3D renderings, permitting, construction documents and construction phase services for the Liberty Hill Farm Amenity Center Project.
