PROJECT OVERVIEW

Our team is preparing a conceptual master plan and study for The Landings Harbor parcels A, B, C-1 and C-2. Our team’s plan will provide development and/or redevelopment options for each of the four parcels identifying future land use considerations. Our planning and design services will help guide continued future development of this vibrant community, to realize the vision of The Landings Association, resident and non-residents.
