PROJECT OVERVIEW

WP provided design through construction phase services for the K. Hovnanian Homes Four Seasons active adult community. The 57.8-acre community is located at the northwest quadrant of Hwy 170 and is expected to connect north to Cypress Ridge development. The community features modern units along with additional amenities which include a pool, lush events lawn, walking trails, pool pavilion, clubhouse, tennis courts, pickleball & bocce courts.
