PROJECT OVERVIEW

The Ocean Oak Resort is a 7.8-acre property located on Hilton Head Island and situated along the Atlantic Ocean. WP completed Phase I & Phase II master planning and construction services for the property as part of a redevelopment of the existing site. The project included two six-level residential buildings, a central courtyard, pool bar & grill, dining terrace, two main pools, rest rooms & showers, all overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. A series of wood decks and boardwalks provide guests with prime access to the beach. This redeveloped property is a signature destination resort on Hilton Head Island.
