PROJECT OVERVIEW

The Henderson, a Salamander Beach & Spa Resort, is situated adjacent to 1.2 miles of the Emerald Coast on the Gulf of Mexico and the 208 Acre Henderson Beach State Park. The 171-room luxury hotel and resort feature several amenities including an adult pool, a feature pool with a zero-entry and lazy river, and a splash pad. Outdoor gathering spaces such as the event lawn and fire pit will offer guests an intimate setting while staying at the resort. Connections to the beach are provided through boardwalks and a multi-use trail network. WP provided master planning through construction phase services.
