PROJECT OVERVIEW

Hampton Lake is a freshwater lake, private community developed by Reed Development. WP provided master planning, character and theming and design development through construction phase services for this unique community in the Buckwalter Tract area in Bluffton, South Carolina. The community features a 345-acre nature preserve, 165-acre freshwater lake, 7 miles of navigable waterways, 15 miles of shoreline, and family friendly campsites as well as miles of greenways, a boathouse, lake house, amenity center, community parks and a dog park.
