PROJECT OVERVIEW

WP was commissioned by the Haig Point Club and Community Association to assess this entire island community and prepare master planning recommendations for future improvements. Master Planning recommendations reflected the communities strategic master plan and illustrated short- and long-term investment projects to assist with strengthening the community’s position in the marketplace and improve quality of life for current and future residents. Focus areas included the Mansion Area, the Historic Ruins and Lighthouse Lane, New Residential and Commercial Infill and Amenities.
