PROJECT OVERVIEW

Located on 16.17 acres in Port Royal, South Carolina, The Reserve at Grober Hill is an upscale multifamily development offering luxury townhome living. The developers of the project focused heavily on the amenities of the project and those efforts can be seen throughout the property. A large clubhouse serves as the centerpiece of the development. Here residents have access to the pool which features a sunning ledge, underwater benches, and cantilever umbrellas. A screened pavilion, fire pit area, and summer kitchen are all additional elements incorporated into this space. Additionally, the development of a large dog park, outdoor workout equipment and two pickleball courts were incorporated into the design.
