PROJECT OVERVIEW

Dolphin Head Park in Hilton Head Plantation is a passive use site overlooking Port Royal Sound on Dolphin Head Bluff built in the 1970’s. Revitalization plans for this beautiful site includes a new pavilion with community room, kitchen and rest rooms, generous decks for events and a new event lawn for weddings, a new playground, fire pits, picnic tables, grills, gazebos, a basketball count, bluff walk pathways and arbor seating. WP provided landscape architectural and land planning services. The overall landscaping is very naturalized and sustainable with the use of low maintenance and indigenous plant materials.
