PROJECT OVERVIEW

WP was commissioned by the Dataw Island Club Property Owners Association to assess the entire community and prepare master planning recommendations for future improvements. Master Planning recommendations reflecting core values and illustrated short- and long-term investment projects to assist with strengthening the community’s position in the marketplace and improve quality of life for current and future residents. Focus areas included Bunker Hill, the Main Entrance, Bobb Island, the Sales/Welcome Center, the Historic Sam’s Plantation site, Clubhouse Site and Recreation Amenities.
