PROJECT OVERVIEW

WP provided design through construction phase services for the $29 Million FAMU Way Extension and Capital Cascades Trail (Segment 3) in Tallahassee, Florida. In collaboration with the City of Tallahassee and Blueprint 2000, WP designed a multi-use trail located within a greenway setting that connects to the recently opened Capital Cascades Park in Tallahassee, Florida. Capital Cascades Trail will connect the heart of downtown to the Saint Marks Trail. Neighbored by Florida A&M University and Railroad Square Arts Park, FAMU Way and Capital Cascades Trail is situated in an urban context and affords a range of unique amenities in addition to the multi-use trail.
