PROJECT OVERVIEW

Located on the intracoastal waterway off Hilton Head Island, Bluewater Resort & Marina is an updated timeshare complex by Spinnaker Resorts. Wood+Partners led a team of consultants that included NCG Architects of Atlanta, through the master plan phase for this multi-story waterfront resort. Amenities include a pool and recreation complex, buildings sited to take advantage of the views out to Skull Creek and a private dock.
