PROJECT OVERVIEW

Blackwater is a 2,200-acre residential community on Alabama’s Gulf Coast with multiple water-related recreation amenities. Wood + Partners provided master planning services for the community, which includes TND and cottage neighborhoods, equestrian lots and a boating community. Amenities include a Village Square with a restaurant, general store, park, docks & slips, river/lake access, wetland preserve, wilderness trail and outfitter center.
