PROJECT OVERVIEW

WP provided land planning & detailed design through construction phase services for this exciting new multi-family development. This 13.9-acre development provides 260 much needed long term rental apartments on the north end of the Island. The plan is organized around a new town square with event lawns, gathering spaces, pavilions, terraces, and seating areas around a fountain. Units include studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Amenities include a clubhouse with a swimming pool, pickleball courts, and a dog park. Five percent of these apartments will be workforce housing units.
