PROJECT OVERVIEW

Located in Savannah, Georgia, these two multi-family development projects the first cross-laminated timber buildings constructed in Southeast Georgia. 110+111 Ann Street will be a certified LEED project, and the first of its kind as a Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) constructed building in all Southeast Georgia.

Our team is providing schematic design through construction phase services for both developments. The featured landscape includes courtyards, promenades, and streetscapes to promote a sense of community and connect the site to the surrounding urban environment. Well-appointed landscaped open spaces provide a seamless flow between the indoor and outdoor spaces to the featured amenities. These 418,500 total square feet multi-family projects will bring modern amenities, two levels of below-grade parking, and nearly 400 luxury apartment units to the area.
