PROJECT OVERVIEW

WP provided design development, construction documentation, and administration services for this 2.6-acre multi-family project in Savannah’s Historic Landmark District. The Ann Street Lofts include 389 units in two six-story buildings with ground-floor retail and amenities. Unit types range from studios to four bedrooms, serving both SCAD students and empty-nesters seeking luxury rental housing. Outdoor spaces feature a pool with a sun deck, grilling stations, a dog run, and shaded courtyards, all connected by a pedestrian promenade with permeable pavers. Streetscape improvements along Ann and Laurel Streets include decorative pavements, landscaping, and site furnishings.
