As Principal of the firm, Eric brings over 33 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. His expertise encompasses a wide range of market sectors, which include Planning & Zoning for Large Scale Mixed-Use Residential Communities, Commercial Town Centers, Streetscape Planning and Urban Design. He understands his clients’ needs and utilizes a design methodology that encompasses creative and financially successful design principles in the fields of both art and science. Eric leads and mentors a team of project planners and landscape architects while promoting a positive office environment and continuing the growth of the firm.
